The Art of Timelapse Photography

Shooting timelapse might just be one of the most niche types of photography out there, but it is by far my favorite. By seeing the world in a different timescale, patterns and behaviors emerge that normally go unseen by mortal eyes.
If you want to create a truly high quality timelapse video, you unfortunately can't just use the "hyperlapse" button on your smartphone. Rather, to create this type of video at a professional level, I take a series of individual images (usually around 300-1,200) and compile and edit them via keyframes. My workflow uses Adobe Lightroom, LRTimelapse, and Davinci Studo.
